HOME SWEET HOMEThe servicemen were members of the returning SAF task group, which was deployed to the Gulf of Aden in August. The group included the RSS Endeavour, a Landing Ship Tank with two Super Pumas on board. During his speech, Mr Wong commended the high state of readiness shown by the task group when it successfully disrupted the attacks by suspected pirates on merchant vessels in November.
And yes I'm one of the 279 servicemen who was awarded medal, it's been 4 months away from home but indeed I have gain great experience in this deployment, went to different countries in the Middle East and different Tours in each one of it. Plenty of photos to be uploaded but time is not on my side. Because I got to catch a flight later in the morning 8am, heading for Cambodia for a holiday. So i will update my blog again for each and every port I went for this Deployment so stay tune.
Anyway, everything have come to an end, I finish my NS life and the new chapter of my life just get started. Just feel so alive and start kicking! Brighter paths for me to head on.
